Amsterdam cravat man
The book is Spaanse Vrouwen, Bewolkte Luchten (Spanish Women, Cloudy Skies) by Martin Gaite, in case anyone was wondering.
How can everyone have failed to notice he is not only wearing red trousers and a cravat, but TWO shirts! That's right, collar number one in striped baby blue and white and a sky blue open collar number two! Simply wonderfully outrageous!
This guy is a dappa!
